Today was rather bitter-sweet.Fell down during training tis morning and gt smeting in between a cut and gash den still nid run 5x200 ltr...fking leg pain but afternoon not so pain le den we did our spd test and for miie 30m gt 4.41 and 60m 8.20-8.50 din really listen carefully....Finally got home at last at 9+.PS-sry for the poor contrast it looks way nicer in white background
